The Agriturismo “Villa Arsicci” is a charming farmhouse located in Apiro, in the heart of the Marches, nestled in the beautiful hills of the Marches Apennines, 25 km from the historic and picturesque towns of Jesi and Fabriano, 45 km from the Adriatic coast and a short drive from the stunning Frasassi caves, considered by many to be among the most beautiful in Europe.
This beautifully located Agriturismo is surrounded by oak and olive trees, with stunning views over the countryside. The farmhouse has recently been renovated with care by its owners using the latest ‘green’ building techniques whilst keeping the feel of a traditional country residence. During the restoration process the materials were carefully chosen and particular attention was given to reclaiming some of the original materials coming from the dismantling of the old farmhouse, such as wood, tiles, bricks and natural stone. Natural materials were also used to build the farmhouse main structure and the finishing touches. The owners also paid particular attention to the interior by restoring old furniture or sourcing it from local antique markets.
The farmhouse has a modern electrical, plumbing and ventilation system: a photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system makes it energy self-sufficient and a climate control system ensures constant comfortable temperature throughout. Rain water is stored and reused.
The large and spacious swimming pool is beautifully located, a place to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding beautiful countryside.
